As an Assistant Director of Employer Strategy, Keisha works with employers across the finance, investment banking, real estate, insurance, utilities, manufacturing, transportation, and supply chain industries to strengthen engagement and build pathways that connect students to meaningful career opportunities.
Keisha earned her Master’s degree in Information Technology from Middle Georgia State University and her Bachelor of Business Administration from Georgia State University. Before joining NCA, she worked at Boston Consulting Group, where she supported global talent sourcing and program strategy across corporate functions, and at Deloitte, where she led campus recruiting for consulting roles.
In another life, Keisha might have been a nail technician or a secret shopper. She enjoys spending time with family, trying new restaurants, cooking, reading, and traveling.
