As Associate Director, Alex provides strategic leadership, operational oversight, and personnel management for key functional areas of Residential Services including occupancy management, residential summer programs, guest services, and undergraduate and graduate student services and operations which includes desk services, access control, mail & package centers, and space reservations.
Alex has worked in Residential Services since 2019 in multiple roles, each with increased levels of responsibility. Alex earned his BA in Spanish at Truman State University, his MEd in Student Affairs at Iowa State University, and an MBA at the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign.
